Business Ownership

Before commercial real estate, Rebecca started and operated her own businesses, including fitness studios. She has negotiated commercial leases, secured SBA financing, and managed her own buildouts — so she understands the pressure and stakes her clients face firsthand.

Marketing Experience

Rebecca also built a marketing agency, giving her a practical understanding of how location, visibility, and space affect a healthcare business’s ability to attract and retain patients.

Commercial Real Estate

Today, Rebecca is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor with CARR Realty, Inc. and an MBA candidate, combining formal training with real-world experience negotiating on her own behalf.

Rebecca now focuses exclusively on representing healthcare tenants and buyers across Nebraska — never landlords — because she believes healthcare business owners deserve an advisor who has actually been in their position.
